Class Room:
The main task of any school is to provide education which involves a series of programmers and activities. The successful conduct of these programmers and activities depend mainly upon the availability of proper infrastructure in the school. The school building of Azad is well planned – spaciously, functionally and with pleasing architectural features. Both the Wings of the school have adequate number of well maintained & well-furnished classrooms and every classroom gives a pleasant look which further helps as an aid for making the learning much more enjoyable
Libraries:
- The silence during library period is compulsory
- The books will be issued to the students from class 3rd onwards.
- The Librarian may ask for the issued book at any time as in case of urgency.
- Only one book will be issued at a time to the student for 7 days.
- A penalty of 2/- per day will be charged if the book is not returned within seven days.
- Underlining, scribbling, tearing of pages or losing of library books is not tolerable. If any such case is discovered by the Librarian, the double cost of the book will be charged.
- If a book or magazine is lost then the student will have to pay double cost of the book/magazine.
- The books will be issued to the students In addition to the amount as mentioned above, the student will be reprimanded or punished depending upon the gravity of the offence.
Laboratories
Science Lab
MOUNT DEV INTERNATIONAL SCHOOLScience Laboratory is well equipped with laboratory equipment for Chemistry, Physics & Biology lab to encourage students to school science.
The School has well equipped laboratories for Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Students are encouraged to use these laboratories to learn through experiments. Every Year Latest Instruments, specimens, charts etc are purchased for these laboratories. Science lab is the scientific source for laboratory equipment’s, specialty chemicals and science educational products. Our wide range of products in chemicals and reagents, pH meters, laboratory scales, refract meters, microscopes, laboratory glassware and many other scientific supplies.
The purpose of developing a science lab is to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical implementation of scientific theories and explanations. Our school emphasizes on polishing the research and experimentation skills of a child and helps them enhance their analytical skills too.
Math’s Laboratories
To facilitate directed discovery learning and develop analytical thinking, we have provided the students with a well-equipped Math’s Lab. Our highly qualified and experienced Math’s faculty imparts a strong practical slant to the entire learning experience and erase Math’s phobia from students.
Computer Lab
In the age of IT and AI, computers have become a necessity. To cater this need, the school has two fully air-conditioned and user friendly computer labs. These labs are well equipped with latest technology PCs. These student laboratories support the academic study of Computer Science as a subject. The highly qualified teachers bring about this new confidence in the students
Technology advancement has affected every sphere of life especially education. This has changed our perception of what a school should provide for is students. In times of booming technology the computer labs at MOUNT DEV INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL provide the appropriate platform to the students to be future technocrats. The computer labs are used not just to hone the skills of computer geeks but also provide an exposure to the novices. With two main labs which cater to the needs of senior, middle, junior and nursery sections WITH HIGH SPEED INTERNET CONNECTIVITY, the labs also provide facilities to the students to explore the world through internet. Each Lab has 22 computers and a server separately. Nursery DIGITAL CLASSSES is the complete amalgamation of visual entertainment and learning. In the middle and senior wing students are taught concepts of QBASIC, PHOTOSHOP, flash, HTML, VB, MS Office, JAVA and C++, C at various levels which prepare them to face the tough challenges of computer world later on.
Language Laboratories
Located in our audio-visual room, the language lab encourages accelerated language learning as students listen, repeat, and communicate individually with the teacher. We focus on the practical conversational use of the language. It is our wish that our students have the facilities to perfect their speech, have impeccable pronunciation, with voice modulation and inflection, in their adopted language.
School Campus:
The enclosed-all-around School Campus is situated in a posh area in the heart of the city, a little away from busy roads that makes it safe for students. The campus houses the Reception Counter, Administrative Office, Cash Counter, Class Rooms, Library, Laboratories, and Play Fields. There is suitable arrangement of Cold Water in summers, Newspapers Room, Parking for students’ cycles. All rooms are spacious and airy with proper Light & Fan fittings. The Nursery and Primary Section is located in a separate building within the campus for proper safety of little ones. It is fully equipped with attractive toys and modern play things.
