Please follow the steps below :
Step 1
Please provide :
- The child's full name
- Gender -
- Exact date of birth -
- Current grade -
- Current School and Location -
- Duration of academic year -
- Approximate date of admission into MDIS -
- If not a native speaker of English, how many years of English Language classes has the child had?
- Based on this information, you will be notified if there is a seat available for your child in an age appropriate class.
Step 2
Courier the following :
- Completed School application form(per child)
- Completed Student Residence proof (per child) if applicable.
- Completed Guardianship Proof (per child) compulsory for all applicants to Student Residence.
- The last 2 years' to-date school reports and any other academic records
- Proof of date of birth
- 3 recent passport photographs
- Health History Form(per child).
- Immunization records &Relevant medical reports
- Application/testing fee of INR 1,000/- Cheque favoring
