School is the second home to a child. Mount Dev has been thoughtfully planned across 2 acres of sprawling green campus, with state –of-the-art infrastructure and modern teaching tools, amenities and facilities. The infrastructure is child centered, providing space that makes schooling inspiring and motivating.
Class Room:
The main task of any school is to provide education which involves a series of programmers and activities. The successful conduct of these programmers and activities depend mainly upon the availability of proper infrastructure in the school. The school building of Azad is well planned – spaciously, functionally and with pleasing architectural features. Both the Wings of the school have adequate number of well maintained & well-furnished classrooms and every classroom gives a pleasant look which further helps as an aid for making the learning much more enjoyable
Libraries:
- The silence during library period is compulsory
- The books will be issued to the students from class 3rd onwards.
- The Librarian may ask for the issued book at any time as in case of urgency.
- Only one book will be issued at a time to the student for 7 days.
- A penalty of 2/- per day will be charged if the book is not returned within seven days.
- Underlining, scribbling, tearing of pages or losing of library books is not tolerable. If any such case is discovered by the Librarian, the double cost of the book will be charged.
- If a book or magazine is lost then the student will have to pay double cost of the book/magazine.
- The books will be issued to the students In addition to the amount as mentioned above, the student will be reprimanded or punished depending upon the gravity of the offence.
Laboratories
Science Laboratories
The school has purpose built, fully equipped science laboratories that are modern and safe. Well ventilated labs and safe hand of learned lab assistants’ facility gives a risk free environment.
Math’s Laboratories
To facilitate directed discovery learning and develop analytical thinking, we have provided the students with a well-equipped Math’s Lab. Our highly qualified and experienced Math’s faculty imparts a strong practical slant to the entire learning experience and erase Math’s phobia from students.
Computer Laboratories
The fully networked laboratories are equipped with latest computers and interactive learning tools which are carefully monitored. It also offers internet connectivity. Each child has his own work-station and access to an individual computer for hands-on practice. These teaching aids are also upgraded with time to time with modern installations.
Language Laboratories
Located in our audio-visual room, the language lab encourages accelerated language learning as students listen, repeat, and communicate individually with the teacher. We focus on the practical conversational use of the language. It is our wish that our students have the facilities to perfect their speech, have impeccable pronunciation, with voice modulation and inflection, in their adopted language.
School Campus:
The enclosed-all-around School Campus is situated in a posh area in the heart of the city, a little away from busy roads that makes it safe for students. The campus houses the Reception Counter, Administrative Office, Cash Counter, Class Rooms, Library, Laboratories, and Play Fields. There is suitable arrangement of Cold Water in summers, Newspapers Room, Parking for students’ cycles. All rooms are spacious and airy with proper Light & Fan fittings. The Nursery and Primary Section is located in a separate building within the campus for proper safety of little ones. It is fully equipped with attractive toys and modern play things.
